Leif believes that health and enduring change occur when the body and mind are engaged in active experiencing, and when humans are able to slow down, get in tune, and reconnect to self, others, and the natural world. All of Leif’s offerings weave together these aspects to form powerful, life-changing experiences for those who journey with her.

Embodied Awareness

To slow down, become aware of all that is around us and inside of us, and fully engage in the present moment is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves. As we practice this mindful and embodied way of being we become more authentic, connected, and kind.

Nature

Simply put, a connection to animals and nature makes us better human beings – better in relationship, better at keeping ourselves healthy, and better at taking care of the natural world.

Experiencing

We humans learn, grow, and change most effectively when we can integrate the wisdom of our bodies, minds, hearts, and spirits through safe and connective experiences. Taking action is a vital part of the change process!
